SALARIES: The City of Camas provides a regular progression of salary increases for specific classifications. Most positions provide for step increases, on the employee’s anniversary date subject to successful evaluations. Cost of living increases are adjusted according to conditions of a collective bargaining agreement for represented employees. For all other positions, cost of living adjustments are determined by the city council.
