The City of Camas Engineering staff reviews proposed developments for compliance with the Camas Municipal Code, land use requirements and the Camas Design Standards Manual.
The following residential and commercial development list is updated periodically. We try to reflect the most current status of construction activities and how they may affect the citizens of Camas. In reading these notes, please remember that they reflect the best information we have at the time of publication.
- Crown Road Water Booster Station
This project is located near the intersection of SE Crown Road and Strong Road. Work is now starting on the supply side piping, pump housings and discharge piping. The contractor for this project is RC Northwest. City contacts are Norm Wurzer at ext 4235 and Jim Hodges at ext 4234. (updated on April 12, 2012) - Fisher Creek Campus Building III
This project is located near NW Pacific Rim Blvd and NW Fisher Creek Drive. Final paving has been completed and continues on the remaining sidewalks and site utilities. City contacts are Norm Wurzer at ext 4235 and Wes Heigh at ext 4237. (updated on April 12, 2012) - The Hills at Round Lake
The contractor is currently performing blasting operations under an approved blasting permit. Any questions regarding blasting operations should be directed to Randy Miller at 360.834.6191. No other work is being performed at this time.
