The Camas Public Library is a department of the City of Camas. Camas residents who live within the city limits will be issued a Camas Public Library card.
If you live outside the city limits and within the Fort Vancouver Regional Library district, you will be issued a Fort Vancouver Regional Library card.
Complete a library card application form either at home or at the library.
Bring the completed application to the library along with valid photo identification and proof of current address.
Children without identification must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who has identification. Applicants under the age of 18 must have the signature of a parent or guardian in order to get a card.
Using your library card
Your Camas Public Library card may be used at the Camas Public Library or at any Fort Vancouver Regional Library location.
An unlimited number of items may be checked out on a library card at any one time, though there is a limit of five entertainment videos per card.
Most items can be checked out for three weeks.
If you owe more than $25 you will be prevented from checking out additional items or using the internet at the library.
Return or renew library materials by the date due.
Let library staff know if you move, change your phone number, email address, or name.
