The City Clerk and the Finance Department manage and maintain the City's official records such as deeds, easements, and contracts; publishes and disseminates information for City business; records and maintains transcripts of the City Council, Planning Commission, and other City board meetings; and publishes and maintains City Ordinances and Resolutions.
To request a copy of a public record, please complete a Public Record Request either online or in person at the Finance Department. Hard copies, or copies on a disc, are subject to fees as set by City Resolution. The City does not charge a fee to view records or to send electronic copies.
